Job summary

Overview

Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN – Agawam Campus, Agawam, MA. $60/hour. Agawam Campus is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team within a skilled nursing facility. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with residents focused on improving mobility, balance, strength, and overall functional independence.

Responsibilities

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and provide individualized treatment sessions
• Address gait training, transfers, balance, strengthening, endurance, and mobility goals
