Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Trains and supervises package handlers and clerks on safety and productivity.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Supervises daily activities to ensure duties are done safely and timely.
• Upholds UPS's code of conduct.
