Job summary

Northgate Care Center in Iowa is seeking a Physical Therapist to design and implement customized therapy programs that restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain for residents. New grads are welcome; we are a fully in-house therapy team and commit to supporting your growth with mentorship.

You will collaborate with residents and staff to create individualized care plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapy as needs change, while ensuring residents feel comfortable and supported.

Qualifications

• State of Iowa Physical Therapist License – or eligible to sit for boards.
• Experience preferred, but new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to help restore function, improve mobility, and relieve pain.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.
