Qualifications

• State of Iowa Physical Therapist License or eligibility to sit for boards.
• Experience preferred, but new grads considered.
• Fully in-house therapy team with mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement customized physical therapy programs to help restore function, improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Work closely with residents and staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to meet changing needs.
• Ensure residents feel comfortable and supported throughout their therapy journey.
