Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute care role at a nonprofit hospital in San Antonio, TX. The position covers multiple units with a 1:1 patient care approach and time reserved for documentation.

The team of 7 PTs will mentor you; this is a full-time permanent role with PSLF loan forgiveness and Visa sponsorship not available. New grads are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy, or equivalent, from an accredited program.
• Acute Care experience preferred.
• Texas PT license or ability to obtain.
• Passion for treating patients in 1:1 environment that prioritizes patient care.
• Visa sponsorship is NOT available.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care (7-8 patients per day) with built-in time for documentation.
• Collaborate with a team of PTs; engage in mentorship and knowledge sharing.
• Demonstrate servant leadership and a strong patient-centered approach in daily care.
