Nealy Pierce, LLC invites a licensed Physical Therapist to join our 150+ bed Trauma Center. This full-time role offers a diverse acute care caseload across ICU, Neuro, Cardiac, Ortho, Oncology and Med/Surg, with a 5-8s day schedule and a 1 in 4 weekend rotation.

We provide an 8-month structured mentorship and onboarding program, time built into the schedule for documentation, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, 401k match, and PTO.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) required.
• Passion for Acute Care and 1:1 patient care.
• Open to new grads or experienced therapists.
• Acute Care experience preferred.
• Collaborative, team-building personality.

Aufgaben

• Provide 1:1 patient care in acute care setting.
• Educate patients about their condition and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, and SLPs within a multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in a structured mentorship and onboarding program.

Schedule

• Full-time permanent position working 5-8s
  • Day Shift; Monday through Friday
  • 1 in 4 weekend rotation
