Job summary

Nealy Pierce, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for an acute care, not-for-profit hospital in Georgia. The right candidate will educate patients about their injury, partner with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and support staff to optimize recovery and discharge planning.

We offer PSLF eligibility, an $8,000 sign-on bonus with relocation assistance, 8:00 am–4:30 pm schedule with 4/10s option, 1 in 4 weekend rotations, and 20+ days of PTO annually in a full-time, permanent position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Acute Care experience preferred (but strong new grads will be considered).
• Team player who adapts well to changing high-acuity caseloads.
• Servant leader mindset.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients about their injury and how treatment will help recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary acute care team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, and PTAs/PT Technicians) to optimize discharge planning.
