Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our community hospital outpatient clinic in North Carolina. This 13-week contract role involves patient evaluations, treatment planning, and delivering orthopedics and neuro-focused therapy to adults.

You will manage a full caseload, collaborate with the care team, document progress in the EHR, and cover one acute care weekend every 4-5 weeks. Active NC license or compact, BLS, and 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in North Carolina or a compact license.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in neuro/ortho settings.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in a community hospital outpatient clinic. This role requires providing skilled therapy services, including evaluations and treatment plans for patients primarily in the adult and older adult populations. You will be responsible for managing a full caseload and addressing various conditions, including neurological and orthopedic cases.

Responsibilities

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
