Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Texas to evaluate and treat patients aligned with individualized care plans. The role requires solid PT knowledge and strong communication within interdisciplinary teams.

You will assess, plan, implement, and monitor therapy, guide patients and families on home programs, and document outcomes. Must have TX license or eligibility, CPR, and a minimum of 2 years’ PT experience (pediatric preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Master's preferred when trained outside the U.S.).
• Current Texas license or eligibility for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in physical therapy, including pediatric experience.
• Experience with Cerner charting system.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in accordance with their individual needs. The position requires a solid understanding of physical therapy principles and procedures, alongside the ability to communicate effectively with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
