ARMStaffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for our Acute Rehabilitation Unit in California. The role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional outcomes, with a 40-hour work week Mon-Fri and occasional weekend shifts as required.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and adjust plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Experience in Acute Rehabilitation preferred; SNF or acute inpatient experience considered.

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for an Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU). The candidate will be responsible for evaluating and developing treatment plans for patients, implementing therapy interventions, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
