Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a day-shift role in Ohio. You will evaluate patients, develop and modify treatment plans, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate discharge and community reintegration.

Responsibilities include documenting records, supervising student programs, and pursuing ongoing professional development with a focus on improving patient outcomes. BLS is required prior to first shift. Travel reimbursement and housing may be provided.

• Demonstrates awareness of organizational performance improvement initiatives.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with the patient's needs and physician direction. Responsible for the delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services, the therapist ensures the design of functional treatment programs allowing for an effective return to community activities while serving as an educator for patients, families, students, and coworkers.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid and current State license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience; inpatient rehab experience is highly desired.
• BLS Certification required prior to the first shift.
