Job Description

The Outpatient Physical Therapist will evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to the patients' needs, goals, and physician direction. This role involves ensuring effective treatment programs for patients to facilitate their return to community activities, along with educating patients, families, students, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients.
• Utilize clinical reasoning to develop effective treatment plans.
• Document patient care clearly and accurately in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Provide care following signed physician orders and within insurance approvals.
• Participate in the student program by offering a positive learning environment.
• Actively pursue professional development and maintain required licensure and continuing education.

Required Experience

• 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current CPR certification.

Certifications/Licensure

Must possess a valid license to practice physical therapy.
