Autumn Lake Healthcare at Overlea is looking for a Physical Therapist PT to fill a full-time position. You'll be part of our esteemed skilled nursing facility, providing outstanding and individualized care.

The Physical Therapist evaluates patients to identify needs and establishes an individualized treatment plan. By motivating patients during treatment, you will assist them in functioning optimally while promoting a healthy lifestyle through improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. • An active state Physical Therapist PT license is required.
• Unlimited employee referral bonus of up to $1,000 each.
• Multiple locations offered, with optional PRN coverage and potential full-time opportunities at additional locations.
• This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency.
• We hire PT candidates requiring H-1B sponsorship, including current student Visa holders, H-1B transfer, and new H-1B filings.
