Acts is seeking qualified candidates for our Physical Therapist (PT) position. Responsibilities include:

• Providing holistic care, including prevention, in a community environment
• Salary with 65-75% productivity benchmarks
• No mandated group treatment
• On-site training in areas like chronic pain, vestibular rehab, pelvic health, with CEUs
• Working in state-of-the-art rehab gyms
• Building relationships across inpatient, home health, outpatient, and fitness settings
• Making patient-centered treatment decisions
• Participating in a positive leadership environment with opportunities for input
• Potential for school loan forgiveness after 10 years as a non-profit organization

In this role, you will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, perform treatments, and discharge planning. There are opportunities for professional growth!

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid PT license or eligibility in the state(s) of service
• Experience in skilled nursing or outpatient rehab preferred

Pay Range

$74,160.00 - $112,766.00 per year. Starting pay varies based on experience.
