Job summary

Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking a PT-PACKER on 2nd shift to support packaging operations in our Calhoun, GA facility. You will stack mats, box items, and move materials, while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Stack mats, transport mats, label and box mats, and place boxes on conveyor.
• Scan and place correct item and quantity in each box.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow procedures for the position.
• Lift or move heavy objects as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
• Work to perform job in a quality and productive manner.
• Follow all safety regulations associated with the position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for various job duties assigned by the supervisor including stacking mats, transporting mats, labeling and boxing mats, and placing boxes on conveyor.
• Responsible for scanning and placing correct item and number of items in each box.
• Expected to maintain all housekeeping items and follow all housekeeping procedures associated with the position.
• Responsible for lifting or moving heavy objects.
• Responsible for other various job duties assigned by the supervisor.
• Responsible for performing this job in a quality and productive manner.
• Responsible for following all safety regulations associated with the position
