Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verifies system downloads and validates dispatch data.
• Identifies service failures and/or exceptions in dispatch.
• Produces and distributes daily reports for stakeholders.
• Updates reports and communicates changes to Package Dispatch Supervisor.
• Uses mapping tools to assist dispatch planning.
• Compares actual dispatch against planned dispatch to identify gaps.
• Maintains loop analysis for periodic review of all loops.
• Leverages available reports and systems for audits and improvements.
• Completes monthly dispatch audit.

Job Summary

This position assists the Package Dispatch Supervisor (PDS) with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams. He/She is responsible for analyzing dispatch plans, identifying areas of opportunity, report publication and service audits.

Responsibilities

• Verifies system downloads.
• Identifies various service failures and exceptions.
• Prints and distributes multiple daily reports.
• Makes necessary report updates and communicates changes to PDS.
• Utilizes mapping tools.
• Plots previous data and compares actual dispatch to planned dispatch.
• Maintains a loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops.
• Utilizes available reports and systems.
• Completes monthly dispatch audit.

Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
