Job summary

UPS is seeking a Dispatch Analyst in Los Angeles to support the Package Dispatch Supervisor. The role involves analyzing dispatch plans, generating reports, and auditing dispatch processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include verifying system downloads, identifying service failures, and maintaining loop analyses. A Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and DPS/UDC knowledge are preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong planning skills.

• Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software.

Job Summary

This position assists the Package Dispatch Supervisor (PDS) with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams. He/She is responsible for analyzing dispatch plans, identifying areas of opportunity, report publication and service audits.

Pay Range

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
