Securitas US Business Unit is seeking an PT Overnight Security Officer in Faribault, MN. The role focuses on maintaining a secure environment, managing access, and patrolling multiple client sites.

You will enforce site regulations, perform rounds, and assist visitors and employees while delivering strong customer service. Must be 18+, with strong tech skills and a pre-employment screening.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Above average computer / technology skills.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership.
• Must work independently.
• Must remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have attention to detail and vigilance.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues or hazards.
• Follow post orders and complete rounds.
• Provide customer service to employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.

PT Overnight Security Officer

Primary Location: Faribault, MN

Wage:$22.13/HR

TheSecurity Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:
