Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide routine daily care to residents in a supportive environment in Stillwater, MN. You will work the .3 NOC shift, weekends and holidays, performing ADLs, transfers, safety and infection control while upholding resident dignity.

Experience in home care or long-term care is preferred; state and federal requirements must be met. EHR proficiency is advantageous for documenting resident care and condition changes.

Qualifications

• Must meet state/federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining dignity and following plans.
• Assist moving and transferring residents using safe techniques.
• Communicate changes to supervisors promptly.
• Promote safety, observe infection control, and follow facility guidelines.
• Respond to resident alerts and support activities and outings
