Job summary

Next Move Healthcare in International Falls, MN is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will deliver outpatient PT with occasional inpatient coverage, evaluating and treating orthopedic, neurological, mobility and functional conditions.

This full-time, permanent position offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, competitive pay, and a collaborative rural healthcare environment with Epic EMR and weekend rotation roughly every 6–7 weeks.

Qualifications

• Education: Physical Therapy education meeting Minnesota licensure requirements.
• Licensure: Active Minnesota Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a health-related field.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 1 year of hire.
• Clinical Skills: Evaluate patients and develop PT plans.
• Technical: Experience using electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient rehab with occasional inpatient coverage.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and therapists.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR.
• Participate in weekend rotations roughly every 6–7 weeks.
