WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a part-time physical therapist in Berthoud, Colorado. You will work with patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions, using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based treatment to improve mobility and quality of life.

In this in-person role, you’ll evaluate patients, develop plans of care, educate on home exercises, monitor progress, and communicate with the care team.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment tailored to each patient's needs and functional goals.
• Educate patients about their conditions, home exercises, and recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with the care team.
