Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is actively seeking an experienced or new Physical Therapy graduate for an outpatient orthopedic/neurological setting in Fort Collins. The role offers one-on-one patient care with a supportive clinical team and a flexible schedule, including dedicated documentation time.

Qualifications

• Experience in physical therapy care delivery is a plus.
• Ability to educate patients and communicate treatment plans clearly.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment tailored to each patient’s needs and functional goals.
• Educate patients about their conditions, home exercises, and recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with the care team.
