Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic facility in Fort Collins. You’ll provide one-on-one care using manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to improve mobility and function, with evidence-based treatment and close collaboration with the clinical team.

New graduates are welcome. The role offers a flexible 24–25 hour schedule, dedicated documentation time, no weekend requirements, PTO, health insurance stipend, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment tailored to each patient’s needs and functional goals.
• Educate patients about their conditions, home exercises, and recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with the care team.
