Overview

Mixing exceptional clinical skills and faith, the Therapist/Clinical Supervisor at Encompass Christian Counseling provides clinical supervision to clinicians, as assigned and compassionately works with clients to address anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and more. This position is primarily located in Wooster, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• TEAM first.
• Provide clinical supervision for assigned staff, reviewing and signing all clinical documentation, as needed. Provide clinicians with direct feedback, as needed.
• Provide individual and/or family mental health counseling and appropriate and effective evidence-based therapeutic interventions according to the client's treatment plan.
• Complete MHAs, including accurate mental health diagnoses.
• Complete treatment plans (ITPs) in collaboration with client.
• Complete timely and well-written documentation. Progress notes should be completed and signed daily, or within 24 hours for billing purposes.
• Participate in Peer/case review, supervision, and other quality improvement activities.

This position is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background check and drug test, satisfactory reference checks (emails were previously sent to the 3 references listed on your application), as well as the completion of a satisfactory Department of Justice National Sex Offender search and Ohio Alleged Perpetrator Search, as required by our licensing agency.
