Job summary

Rose Senior Living Avon is seeking a hospitality-focused LPN to join our team, providing direct nursing care and supervising care staff. The role supports residents' daily needs and collaborates with health services to ensure high-quality living experiences in a compassionate environment.

The position requires a current state license and prior experience with seniors, and it is a PT 3rd shift role (10:30p-7a) with an emphasis on teamwork and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in state worked.
• Previous experience working with the senior population.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote independence.
• Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and support care plans and re-assessment.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services about conditions and needs for nursing supplies.
• Deliver nursing care according to physician orders and established standards.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive services.

Rose Senior Living Avon is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

PT- 3rd shift 10:30p-7a

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
