Rose Senior Living Avon is seeking a hospitality focused LPN to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise care by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

The position is Full-Time - 1st shift with Every Other Weekend. The role involves coordinating care plans, monitoring resident conditions, and reporting to the Director of Health Services. Valid LPN license and experience with seniors are required.

Formación

• Current nursing license valid in the state worked.
• Experience with the senior population preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and promote independent life-style.
• Identify resident medical and behavioral changes and assist in development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assist in coordinating nursing care with other disciplines.
