Job summary

Rose Senior Living Avon is recruiting a hospitality-focused LPN to join our team. This role provides direct nursing care and supervises care by Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants in a senior living setting.

We are seeking individuals with active nursing licensure and prior experience with seniors. This full-time position is on 1st shift with every other weekend responsibilities and a focus on compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in state worked.
• Previous experience working with the senior population.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote independence.
• Identify resident medical/behavioral changes and support care plans and re-assessments.
• Provide daily report to health services leadership on resident conditions and needs for nursing supplies.
• Deliver nursing care per physician orders and established standards and policies.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive services.
