Job summary

La Ligne is seeking a SALES ASSOCIATE to build and strengthen client relationships, manage daily store operations, and support inventory needs. You will participate in events, drive team selling, and enhance in-store presentation to align with current visual direction.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required; higher education preferred.
• Existing client base.
• 2+ years retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and retain strong client relationships through customer engagement and clienteling.
• Open and close store including all related duties.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Help facilitate in-store events.
• Team sell to achieve monthly store goals.
• Increase in-store sales by cross-selling products to increase purchase amounts.
• Maintain a clean, organized and aesthetically pleasing storefront.
• Ensure presentation of all displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.

PAY RATE:

$24-$28/hr (based on experience)
