Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of this job is to clean office space, restrooms, break and lunchroom areas, remove trash, operate floor cleaner and power washers, and clean up spills.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Promptly, at the start of the shift, review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties.
• Clean and vacuum floors in office and conference spaces.
• Clean and mop tile floors in restrooms and break areas.
• Remove trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean spills, and use power washer to clean sidewalks.
• Dust and wash surfaces.
• Wash mirrors, glass, surfaces, floors, and equipment in break rooms, lunchrooms, and restrooms.
• Resupply items as needed.
• Use floor cones to designate hazardous conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate and understand safety regulations and company policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodation.
• Ability to use or learn to use equipment and tools.
• Complete the company probationary period of 30 or 60 days.
• Read, write, and communicate in English related to job and safety.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes approved for the job.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
