We are seeking a poised, professional, and efficient Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Siren Medical Spa, a high-end medical spa. The ideal candidate will bring a mature, confident presence to the front desk and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role is critical in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our clientele while supporting the daily operations of the spa.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently using spa booking software

• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide detailed service information

• Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate client records

• Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are tidy and presentable at all times

• Communicate effectively with medical professionals, estheticians, and clients

• Follow HIPAA and spa confidentiality guidelines

• Support team with administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• Prior experience working at a front desk is required

• Experience in a medical spa, dermatology office, or similar wellness/medical setting is strongly preferred

• Mature and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in all interactions

Dress Code:

A professional appearance is mandatory. Staff are required to follow the medical spa dress code, which includes clean, pressed, and designated uniform attire (provided or specified by management). Personal grooming must reflect the spa’s high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
