1. Course Preparation and Delivery: Develop lesson plans that align with the curriculum, focusing on both theoretical and practical IT skills, ensuring students are well‑prepared for the workforce.
2. Student Assessment and Support: Develop assessments and projects to gauge IT concept understanding and offer constructive feedback. Provide mentorship and guidance through email and other channels to help students achieve their career goals.

8. Commitment to Teaching Schedule: Honor the teaching schedule and communicate any conflicts or changes in advance to minimize course disruptions.
