Job summary

Mobile Medical Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Health Paramedic in Bear River City, Utah. You will provide on-site medical coverage for a 24/7 operation, with shifts 6am-6pm Monday–Friday, and must cover at least one shift per week.

You’ll assess and treat injuries, provide first aid, document medical data per OSHA standards, and coordinate with safety teams to maintain a healthy, safe workforce. A clinic-based environment offers proactive occupational health work.

Qualifications

• Current Utah Paramedic License (required).
• Current ACLS certification (required).
• OSHA-10 Certification (required within 90 days; company provided).
• Minimum of 2 years of paramedic experience.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and treat occupational injuries and non-occupational injuries.
• Provide first aid and emergency response when needed.
• Deliver follow-up care using evidence-based protocols.
• Maintain accurate medical and OSHA documentation.
• Conduct drug screenings and occupational health testing.
• Monitor worker health and provide wellness guidance.
• Support workers’ compensation and risk management processes.

About the Role

As an On-Site Occupational Health Paramedic, you’ll work in a dedicated clinic setting, supporting both workers and site leadership. You’ll play a key role in keeping the workforce healthy, safe, and productive while collaborating closely with safety teams. This is not a traditional ambulance role. You’ll build relationships, provide ongoing care, and contribute directly to a culture of safety. At MMC, we don’t just respond to emergencies—we help prevent them.

Schedule & Availability

This is a part-time position, supporting a 24/7 operation.
