Job summary

Mobile Medical Corporation is seeking a Paramedic to join the onsite medical team on a major construction project in Kansas City, MO.

You will provide injury triage, care, and follow‑up, support safety and wellness initiatives, and collaborate with MMC leadership and client teams on site.

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7AM-5PM. Missouri Paramedic license required; OSHA-30 within 90 days; ACLS/PHTLS/ITLS preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Paramedic experience.
• Active Missouri Paramedic license.
• Occupational health experience.
• Emergency medicine background (ambulance or ER) preferred.
• OSHA-30 within 90 days (company provided).
• ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide injury triage, treatment, and follow‑up care.
• Assess occupational & non‑occupational injuries using evidence‑based protocols.
• Document all care in EMR (Cority).
• Support site safety: Stretch & Flex, site walks, hazard identification.
• Conduct new‑hire orientation, drug testing, and occupational health services.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic.
• Collaborate with MMC leadership, local providers, and client teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help foster a positive work environment.
• Support wellness initiatives and employee health efforts.

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), a certified WBE with 35+ years of nationwide occupational health experience, is seeking an outgoing Paramedic to join our onsite medical team on a major construction project in Kansas City, MO.

In this role, you’ll provide injury triage, support the safety team, promote worker wellness, and help maintain a safe, productive job site.
