Job summary

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), a certified WBE with 35+ years of nationwide occupational health experience, seeks a Paramedic to join our on-site medical team on a major construction project in Chantilly, VA. You will provide injury triage, support the safety team, promote worker wellness, and help maintain a safe, productive job site.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 7AM-3PM. Requirements include Virginia Paramedic license, 2+ years paramedic experience, occupational health background, OSHA-30

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Paramedic experience.
• Active Virginia Paramedic license.
• Occupational health background considered a plus.
• Emergency medicine background (ambulance/ER) preferred.
• OSHA-30 within 90 days provided by MMC.
• ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide injury triage, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Assess injuries using evidence-based protocols.
• Document all care in EMR system.
• Support site safety and wellness initiatives.
• Conduct new-hire orientation, drug testing, and health services.
• Maintain a clean, organized on-site clinic.
• Collaborate with MMC leadership, local providers and client teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster a positive work environment.

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), a certified WBE with 35+ years of nationwide occupational health experience, is seeking an outgoing Paramedic to join our onsite medical team on a major construction project in Chantilly, VA.

In this role, you'll provide injury triage, support the safety team, promote worker wellness, and help maintain a safe, productive job site.

Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 7AM-3PM

What You’ll Do

• Provide injury triage, treatment, and follow-up care
• Assess occupational & non-occupational injuries using evidence-based protocols
• Document all care in EMR
• Support site safety: Stretch & Flex, site walks, hazard identification
• Conduct new-hire orientation, drug testing, and occupational health services
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic
• Collaborate with MMC leadership, local providers, and client teams
• Deliver excellent customer service and help foster a positive work environment
• Support wellness initiatives and employee health efforts

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of Paramedic experience
• Active Virginia Paramedic license
• Occupational health experience
• Emergency medicine background (ambulance or ER) preferred
• OSHA-30 within 90 days (company provided)
• ACLS, PHTLS, or ITLS
