Dutch Wonderland Inn in Lancaster, PA is seeking a part-time Houseperson to keep guestrooms exceptionally clean and well-stocked, while responding promptly to guest requests. You will make beds, replenish linens, manage supplies, and report maintenance issues to ensure brand standards are met.

Qualifications

• No education requirements for this position.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by treating all guests with courtesy and a smile.
• Respond to guest requests by delivering requested items in a timely manner.
• Make beds and replenish linens; remove trash; clean and sanitize bathrooms, surfaces, and common areas.
• Monitor supplies, restock toiletries, and report damages or safety hazards to maintenance.
