PORTA is seeking a part-time Holiday Sales Associate for our Brooklyn storefront. You will greet customers, understand their gifting needs, and connect them with PORTA’s curated European tableware and home furnishings.

The role blends friendly service with practical tasks to keep a small shop running during the busy season. Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, gift wrapping, replenishment, inventory organization, and assisting with e-commerce fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail or another customer-facing role.
• Availability at least four days per week between 9am and 7pm.
• Comfort working in a small-team environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find products through conversation.
