We are one of the largest Great Clips franchisees in the country, known for providing the highest effective wage in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). The average effective wage last week was $31.26 per hour, and no employee earns less than $20 per hour.

$300 signing bonus. Ongoing training is offered both virtually and hands‑on.
