A leading hair salon in Centennial, Colorado is seeking a Full or Part-time hair stylist to join their team. This role offers flexible hours and is part of the largest Great Clips franchisee, aiming for the highest effective wage in the market. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, performing haircuts and styles, and understanding client preferences. Candidates must hold a valid barber or cosmetology license. The position also provides ongoing training and various benefits including a signing bonus. The average effective wage is $31.26/hr, ensuring that no one earns less than $20/hr in total.

Full or Part-time hair stylist. High volume salon, flexible hours, established customer base.

We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country. We strive to have the highest “effective wage” in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $31.26/hr*. Some earn less, some earn substantially more. No one earns less than $20/hr in total.
