Responsibilities include consulting with clients, performing haircuts and styles, and understanding client preferences. Candidates must hold a valid barber or cosmetology license. We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country. We strive to have the highest “effective wage” in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $31.26/hr*. Some earn less, some earn substantially more. No one earns less than $20/hr in total.
