Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station facility, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to emergency situations or safety concerns within the gas station area.

Responsibilities

1. Operate the gas station, ensure safety, and respond to safety concerns.
2. Assist customers and complete transactions.
3. Maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and manage trash and snow removal.
4. Monitor and manage product levels and pricing.
5. Train and supervise team members as needed.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate relevant equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift of 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for approximately 55% of the time, walk 45%.
• Perform repetitive tasks and handle physical activities as specified.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS information for materials used.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
