Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to safety concerns or emergencies within the gas station area.

Responsibilities

1. Manage orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, check product dates, update pricing, and perform department tasks as needed.
2. Resupply island items such as oil cartons, refill window washer containers, and paper towel racks.
3. Collect and dispose of trash from the island.
4. Maintain cleanliness and snow removal at the station.
5. Assist customers and process transactions.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Meet performance standards including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Job involves continuous activity.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, sit 0%, walk for 45% of the time.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
