We are looking for several Shift Leaders / Assistant Managers‑In‑Training (MITS) to join our team, especially for evenings to late night. You will assist in managing the day‑to‑day operations of your restaurant, ensuring our guests are more than happy. One of the most critical opportunities that you will have is to assist in developing, directing, and supervising the Team to attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation – all while being developed to potentially become a General Manager of a Topper Pizza store. At least that is our goal for you to become a General Manager of a store!

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Responsible for basic operations during night shifts, including making, baking and delivering products.
• Maintains product and cleanliness standards, dough management, accurate inventory counts.
• Performs end‑of‑day procedures, cash handling and closing procedures.
• Trains and supports team members to attain sales and profit objectives while maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, organization, and sanitation.

Qualifications

• Must be available 25 to 35 hours per week, ranging from 4 pm to 4 am, including some weekends.
• Drive with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Outgoing, team‑oriented, and enjoys serving customers.
• Strong work ethic, motivated to learn, able to work efficiently and with urgency.
• Ready to grow into a General Manager position.
