Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited PT program.
• Active license to practice therapy in Colorado (or eligible).
• Passion for making a difference in clients’ lives.
• Ability to provide therapy, communicate with clients and families regarding care, and complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy to pediatric and adult clients.
• Communicate care plans and progress with clients and families.
• Complete documentation and maintain patient records.
