Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Kent, WA seeks a Physical Therapist (DPT) to help launch and grow a new outpatient clinic. This role offers leadership in clinic culture, mentorship, and a pathway to ownership with a flexible schedule.

Deliver high quality care to orthopedics, vestibular and balance patients, collaborate with a small team, maintain documentation, and contribute to clinic growth through community outreach.

Qualifications

• DPT required for eligibility to practice in WA.
• WA PT license or license-eligible.
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular and balance therapy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care.
• Treat diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance and neuro.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish clinic workflows and culture.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach.
• Work with 1 Doctor, 1 RN, and 1 PTA support staff.
