Job summary

Chattanooga Health and Rehab seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time position in Chattanooga, TN. You will join an in-house therapy team at a single location with supportive leadership and growth opportunities.

You will assess and treat diverse caseloads, develop mobility-focused plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while documenting progress to SNF standards.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Tennessee (or eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse caseload - orthopedic, neurological, short-term rehab, and long-term care
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on mobility and functional independence
• Collaborate with an in-house interdisciplinary therapy team
• Document care and track patient progress in line with SNF standards
• Use current equipment and modalities
