Long Beach City College is seeking part-time faculty to assist diverse adult students in achieving educational goals. This position allows flexibility in hours and locations, and does not accrue tenure rights. Responsibilities involve creating a dynamic learning environment and engaging with students from various backgrounds.
Minimum qualifications include any Bachelor’s degree with two years of relevant experience or any Associate degree with six years. Candidates should have a commitment to integrating technology in learning.

The teaching assignment may be at the Liberal Arts campus, the Trade, Tech and Community Learning campus, or other college teaching locations. It may be day, evening, weekend, online or off campus and is subject to change as needed. Part‑time faculty positions do not accrue tenure rights and offer flexible hours, providing an opportunity to assist a diverse group of adult students in achieving their educational goals within a community‑college environment that values transfer, general education, and vocational programs.
