The role offers a generous compensation structure with potential earnings from $110,000 to $250,000+ per year, plus equity and full business support, and a schedule that includes some Saturdays to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Board-certified NP, PA, or RN with injector certification.
• License to practice in the corresponding state, in good standing.
• Willing to complete AMP's 4-week RAMP training program.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures (injecting neurotoxins, neuromodulators, and fillers); discuss expected outcomes; prepare treatment plans; manage facial aesthetic patients.
• Follow up with patients, chart, and meticulously document patient care.
• Leverage organization, communication, and customer service skills to provide high-quality patient care.
• Work as a collaborative team member and as a solo provider when needed.

POSITION SUMMARY

Highlights:

• $110,000 to $250,000 + annual income

• Business Support: business analytics, marketing, technology, legal and compliance, recruiting, accounting, education, real estate, back-end office, website maintenance, and clinical training
• Flexible schedule (some work on Saturdays)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform physical examinations and nonsurgical procedures (including but not limited to injecting neurotoxins, neuromodulator devices, and fillers), discuss expected patient outcomes, prepare treatment plans, and manage patients with facial aesthetic needs
• Some administrative duties such as following up with patients, charting, and meticulous documentation of patient care
• Leveraging strong organization, communication, and customer service skills with a passion for providing high-quality patient care
• Working both as a collaborative team member and independently as a solo provider

EXPERIENCE:

• Board-certified NP, PA, or RN with appropriate injector certification credential(s)
• Corresponding state license to practice in good standing
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Willing to complete Rapid Advancement of MedAesthetic Partners (RAMP) 4-week paid training program (as determined by AMP leadership)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• This position requires knowledge of various aspects of patient care.
• Must possess good organizational skills to balance clerical and clinical duties.
• This position requires frequent walking, sitting, standing, and bending.
• Frequent talking and listening when giving instructions and explanations.
• Frequent use of the phone, computer, and other clinic technologies.
• Employees will be asked to travel and must be able to carry and maneuver their luggage and navigate through various transportation modes (car, airplane, bus, train).
