Job summary

The Ivy Cherry Hills a premier senior living community, managed by Oakmont Management Group, seeks a Server to deliver warm, attentive dining service to residents and guests. You will take orders, input them into POS, and maintain dining room setup while upholding safety and service standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, respect for residents, and adherence to company values as part of daily duties in a multi-service environment.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including TB tests.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system accurately.
• Set up and break down tables for service.
• Adhere to proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork with co-workers and other departments.
