Primary Purpose

Provide quality customer service within the Deli Bakery Department, maintain standards according to the manual, maximize sales through excellent service, and minimize shrink through proper practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enthusiastic, fast, friendly, and accurate customer service to create a positive shopping experience.
• Be courteous and helpful to colleagues.
• Follow all processing, labeling, and safety protocols.
• Manage ordering, receiving, preparation, and display of merchandise per policies.
• Ensure sanitation and proper food handling.
• Utilize company tools such as ACIS and CAO for inventory and ordering.
• Adhere to company policies, food safety, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Report accidents and unsafe conditions according to procedures.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Wear the uniform and maintain a neat appearance.
• Complete required training courses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
