Job Title: PT Customer Service Specialist

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 11:30am - 3:30pm, Fridays 11:30am - 5:30pm, and two to three Saturdays per month 8:30am - 12:00pm

Overview

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first friendly face greeting clients and assisting with their banking needs. This role provides insight into banking, insurance, and wealth management, laying a foundation for a career in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Engage face-to-face with clients, manage a cash drawer, assist with transactions, and educate clients on products and services.
• Verify account information, perform loan and deposit transactions, and guide clients through their options with friendly, meaningful conversations.

Qualifications

• Maintain confidentiality, listen closely, and identify opportunities to serve customers better.
• Training will be provided for all other skills.
