Job Title: PT Customer Service Specialist

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 11:30am - 3:30pm, Fridays 11:30am - 5:30pm, and two to three Saturdays per month 8:30am - 12:00pm

Overview:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first friendly face greeting clients and assisting with their banking needs. This role provides valuable insight into banking, insurance, and wealth management, laying a foundation for a career in financial services.

What You'll Do:

1. Day in the Life: Work face-to-face with clients, manage a cash drawer, assist clients and team members, uncover needs, and educate clients on German American products and services. Verify account information, perform loan and deposit transactions, and guide clients through their options with friendly, meaningful conversations.
2. What it Takes: Maintain confidentiality, listen carefully, and identify opportunities to serve customers better, fostering long-lasting relationships. Training will be provided for all other skills.
